The living room area is quite small, but will be able to have a small couch with tv and tv-stand. 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bus to Park Royal Shopping Centre & Ambleside Beach.

Rent is $900 per month including WiFi and utilities (internet, heat, hot water, electricity). Most Pets will be considered and welcomed. Non-smokers only. References required.
