- Surprisingly bright and dry considering it's a basement suite.
- 5 min walk to W Broadway, which has restaurants, coffee shops, grocery, drug, and liquor stores etc.
The Landlords are GREAT! An incredibly helpful, professional, quiet couple. They come to fix things right away whenever needed and keep to themselves.
Must be quiet, respectful and responsible. Ideally 2 female UBC graduate students.
A meeting and approval by the landlords is mandatory.
