WANTED: 1 or 2 bedroom House on Horse Property in West Vancouver, British Columbia for sale

Hi there! My partner and I are looking for a place to live Sept. 1st. I have a new job in Victoria and will be moving from Vancouver. I am a youth counsellor and my partner works from home. We are mature, responsible, 31 & 33 year old women and are non smokers.
We do come with a few well behaved animals, two dogs (11 & 8 years old) and two indoor hairless cats.
I have over 20 years experience with horse and would be willing to help muck stalls in exchange for lower rent or horse boarding. I currently do not have a horse but plan on buying a horse before the end of this year.
We are hoping to pay $800-$1200 a month.
